Did you get these 3 free workouts?

Hey ,

After spending a couple weeks in Sydney, Neg and I arrived in Bali, Indonesia 4 days ago. The place we’re staying is beautiful, nestled in the lush Bali jungle, and you walk in to the lobby and are immediately greeted with this insane infinity pool, padded lounge chairs, cabanas and in the distance a beautiful space for early morning yoga.

I wrote on the teensy amount of travel shame I have been experiencing lately on the JillFit Facebook page yesterday, but suffice it to say that after a crazy hectic few weeks working in Sydney, we looked forward to couple days of R&R. And we assumed based on the high end accommodations that they’d have a state of the art gym.

Welp, not so much.

We walked in the first day and were met by a super old treadmill Neg had to tinker with for 10 minutes to get started, and then when we used it, we had to hold onto the handles because the belt was so worn we almost fell off. There was a single set of 25-lb dumbbells and a multi-use machine that needed a little dusting.

I guess most people’s first priority on vacation in Bali isn’t a workout. Lol.

Not to mention the equipment was sharing a room with a straight-up lounge and office—there was a couch, coffee table, big-screen TV, a desk, computer, a printer, and also, for good measure, some manikins wearing the latest Balinese fashions and statues sprinkled about.

Obviously.

We were dying, it was actually hilarious! But it was also such an awesome 4 days of training because I was able to get creative with my workouts, which was really fun.

And for the thousands of you who have already purchased Metabolic Prime this week, you probably snagged it because you know how hard it can be to get an intense workout with zero equipment!

So, in addition to reminding you to grab your copy of Metabolic Prime, HERE, I wanted to share with you some of my workouts.

I’ve attached 3 of my workouts to this email for you.

The first two are very Metabolic Prime-like, in that they only use dumbbells and bodyweight (why did our hotel only have 25’s?? Lol) and the final workout incorporates the treadmill that we kind of sort of got to work.

Try them out and see what you think! They should all take 15-20 minutes, total.

And of course, if you want 12 MORE WEEKS of thrice-weekly metabolic conditioning workouts, be sure to grab the video workouts for at-home, Metabolic Prime, HERE.

Jade has outdone himself with these workouts, still short (only 15 minutes) but even more intense (and creatively fun!) than the original Metabolic Aftershock.

Again, the sales page is not my favorite, but try not to stress, just scroll to the bottom, find the purchase button and go. The program is super effective and I would never send you to any exercise program that I didn’t believe in and trust 100%.

You can get started right away with your first workout!

When you do, reply to this email and tell me how you did, I’d love to hear about it. The early reports coming in are photos of people totally toast after only 15 minutes. I love it.

Talk soon!

Xo,
Jill
