{Get started} Some #moderation365 resources for you!

Hey !

Welcome! Thank you for recently signing up to receive the weekly JillFit newsletter! Over the next several months, I’ll be sending you all my best tools, tips and strategies for nutrition, mindset work and fitness.

A word of warning, this is probably the shortest email you’ll ever receive from me! I tend to be on the long-ish side because I stuff my emails chock full of my best stuff. Most people love them, but please have enough self-awareness to know if that will annoy you or not ;) If so, probably best to stick to the JillFit blogs and Facebook page.

MARK YOUR CALE: If you are new to JillFit, just know that I offer plenty of coaching programs on #moderation365 and mindset, buuuuuut they are not always available, since I only launch most of them once a year. I would love for you to mark your calendar for my newest product, which I am super excited about, called treadLIFT, out May 3rd. It is a brand new training framework and I cannot wait to release it out into the world! Been working on the programming for months and as it’s been a few years since I created an exercise product, I could not be more excited.
