3 Intense Hotel Workouts I'm Doing Right Now

Published: Mon, 03/13/17

Hi ,

Last week I promised you I would be adding a ton of value to your inbox over the next few weeks as a thank you for being here, for being open and allowing me to be on this incredible journey of fitness, nutrition and self-development with you ;)

And so, today we start.

I am traveling quite a bit right now--I was off it for a time, probably had something to do with Pip!--but caught the bug again and have since planned some trips for both business and pleasure in the coming months.

Here's the thing about travel: if you take trips every once in a while, for vacation or a conference once or twice a year, I kind of feel like ... don't kill yourself exercising. I mean, it's a short-term thing and there is value in not stressing about it and just doing what feels natural (which includes maybe not training at all for that single week/weekend). Of course if you love it, then go for it. But if you just want to be in #VacationMode for a week, I aint gonna be mad.

BUT, for those who travel quite frequently for work, etc., you know that learning to integrate activity within your travel schedule is nonnegotiable. We can't just wing it or take the trip completely off from training. I mean, we could, but when travel is a lifestyle, you gotta bring your lifestyle with it, which includes regular exercise.

And in order to do that, with what little equipment is often available, and also time constraints, you need fast workouts that are intense (to leverage your time the most effectively) that also require minimal equipment.

I've been on the road the last few weeks, and instead of getting stressed that I don't have "my gym" and the full 40 minutes I'd like to train, I am doing my best, and cutting some corners--shorter, more intense solutions. Less equipment needs and just letting "good enough" be good enough.

I've included (attached) to this email for you THREE 15-minute hotel workouts I've been doing lately.

These are my go-to's and yes, I do just one per day. Of course, you can mix and match and do 2 of them in a single day, but as they are intense, you'll just need to listen to your body. I don't want you pacing or sacrificing intensity for duration. That's the opposite of what will generate results.

Try them and reply back to let me know how you do, and gimme some feedback!

If you are on the #FastPhysique wait list, this is your email for the week ;) BUT, I thought these workouts were so applicable that I wanted to send it out to all 50k people on my full list.

So, here.

Enjoy.

Xo,
Jill

P.S. Please get the release of #FastPhysique on your calendar ;) I'm releasing to the public on Tuesday April 4th, and for those on the wait list, you'll get access a few days earlier. I am putting the finishing touches on the full program right now, and gee, I am super proud to say it's the most comprehensive, results-driven, EFFICIENT program I've ever created--designed to change the "look" of the body in 60 days. I can't wait for you to experience it. April 4th, my dears. Let me know what's good!
