This program is a 9-week (fairly) hardcore fitness program, designed to help you look more athletic, add lean curves and definition.
The non-specific nature of training means it’s not the best program for something like a powerlifting meet or running a marathon or even getting up on
stage, buuuuut it IS the best program for incorporating all the elements of fitness—strength, hypertrophy, fat loss and volume training and seeing your body change as a result of the intensity, volume and frequency of training.
You will watch your numbers go up week to week, and challenge your body in new ways, essentially forcing it to respond.
This program is a physique change program, at its core.
