See you in New York? (+ the #MetconMonster Challenge!)

Published: Sun, 07/30/17

Hi ,

Hope you're having a fabulous weekend!

I’ll make this quick today … I am working on a few new blogs which I’ll be sharing soon, but in the meantime, I wanted to get three things on your radar.

1) Thing 1: Let’s hang in NYC!

I am hosting a 1-day fitness + mindset workshop on Saturday August 5th, along with several of the JillFit Mastermind members including Jen Comas, Chrissy King, Kim Schaper, Shira Nelson, Jeidi Pippins and Jacqueline Carly. We are keeping the event pretty small so that we get a lot of face time with all attendees, and there are a few spots left if you are in the NY/New Jersey/Boston/New England area.

We're going to be doing some hands on fitness stuff as well as a few short workshops on mindset and nutrition. PLUS, we'll be finishing things up with a social hour.

Get info for the JillFit NYC Fitness + Mindset Workshop here. We'd love to see you!

2) Next, I am reviving my YouTube channel!

I am super pumped about this. My preferred medium for content is written, but I can’t deny the fact that people are consuming video more and more, and hey, maybe it will be fun for all of us. I am currently traveling for the next couple weeks, and just finished a getting a ton of footage over the course of the last week in Las Vegas (don’t ask me how I survived 5 days there) and in Saratoga, NY with my family for our annual "Christmas in July' event. I'll be posting both vids very soon, as well as other videos of my travels to Boston and NYC.

I’d love if you’d give my YouTube channel a Subscribe, right here.

And if you want to see the kind of thing I’ll be doing more of, you can check out this Day in the Life vid here if you missed it a couple months ago.

3) Lastly … and what I am THE MOST excited about … is a new FREE fitness challenge I am launching called the #MetconMonster Challenge.

It’s going to be in the same spirit as my previous #20x20Challenge, which I have historically done every August. But this year, we are changing the workouts up and we are going hard (12 workouts over 15 days! Eeek!) using the 3x1 Method (3 days on, 1 day off). It’s going to challenge you, but it’s also going to help you get consistent and push yourself in new ways.

The workouts are now going to be 100% metabolic conditioning workouts focused on maintaining muscle while getting you breathless and burning, all workouts are 30 minutes or less! And yes, they can be done at home so long as you have 2 sets of dumbbells (one heavier and one lighter).

If you loved the #20x20Challenge, this one is going to be even better and I can’t wait to get started August 7th.

And if you want your friends or family to join you, forward this email to them :)

Okay, I think that’s it!

Hope you have a great week, keep me in the loop on thangs.

Xo,
Jill
