Today is the final day to grab either one of my training programs #FastPhysique or #treadLIFT at 50% off. Price goes back up at tonight at midnight PST.

I want to make sure that if you are interested in either program, even if you decide to start at a later date, that you nab your copy now (you have lifetime access to the membership portals).

You can find all the details for #treadlift HERE and info on #FastPhysique HERE.

And as a reminder, I will be donating 10% of all this week’s proceeds to groups doing work in the trenches to help bring awareness to, educate and dismantle social injustice in the states.

I have been seeing a TON of updates on social media from you gals who are already off and running with the programs this week, and y’all are killin’ it. Keep it up, and keep tagging me so I can stay in the loop on your progress!

Today I want to run through some quick FAQs about #treadLIFT and #FastPhysique because I am getting a lot of the same ones this week on social. Here we go!

What equipment do I need for the programs?

For #treadLIFT, you’ll need access to a moderate set of dumbbells and preferably a treadmill since there’s about 10-20 minutes of cardio in each workout. Yes, you can use another piece of equipment if needed--or plenty of ladies have done their sprints outside--just sub out the treadmill portions.

For #FastPhysique, since it’s a little more hardcore, you’ll need access to dumbbells and barbells. That’s about 95% of the equipment needs and you can get away with that. I have included a few pulley exercises, but those can be subbed out for a dumbbell exercise if needed.

What’s the best program if I want to lose weight and “tone up?”

This is a tricky question because while all weight-training exercise will change the shape of the body (both programs will generate physique change), a lot of your response will depend on your current fitness level. Beginners will lose fat regardless of which program they choose (and gain muscle on both too).

But for intermediate to advanced exercisers, they are more likely to experience fat loss with #treadLIFT (more metabolic conditioning and cardio) and muscle maintenance, while #FastPhysique will generate muscle gain and strength gain (I was actually contemplating a powerlifting competition while I was using FP! Ha!).

What if I am already doing another program?

Many women have mentioned they are training for half-marathons or other events. This is fine. You need to lift weights anyway, even if you are training for endurance (yes, getting stronger will also make you faster). If this is you, I would recommend doing #treadLIFT alongside it.

If you are interested in #FastPhysique, it is a 6 days/week intense program that I recommend doing as-is. I do not recommend doing any additional exercise, with the exception of leisure walking as much as you like. If you doing another strength program right now, I’d advise finishing that first before moving on to #FastPhysique.

Are these workouts high impact? I have bad knees.

You can always sub in lower impact cardio for the ones listed, and if there is a plyometric (jumping) exercise listed, I always give alternatives. For #treadLIFT, you can either sub in incline walking or another piece of cardio equipment. And #FastPhysique is mostly low impact in general already.

And finally, I did a whole Facebook LIVE video yesterday to address even more ways they are different, as well as what to look out for if you are starting to train for aesthetics.

I reveal the #1 question I ask my clients to assess whether they are ready to healthfully pursue fat loss or not. Watch the whole video here. Or click on the image below.
Okay! That’s it for me. The 50% off deal ends tonight at midnight PST.

Let me know if you have any final questions and I’ll do my best to get back to you ASAP! Or ask on the video itself and I can answer there.

Happy Friday!

Jill
