If the idea of doing something different with your
eating is more stressful than relieving, you might not be there yet.
If you are recovering from an ED and you are working with professionals to help you, this program is not for you (please see

If you are still
holding on to the all-or-nothing approach because “moderation feels like failure,” then you might still not be ready for this journey.
In Food Obsession Boot Camp LIVE, I am going to be asking
a lot of you.
I am going to be challenging your old beliefs about how you need to eat to get results. I am going to be giving you homework assignments that are going to feel challenging and
scary. I am going to be sharing intimate stories from my own life that are not always fun to share, but they are definitely instructive.
We are going to be going deep into food mindset,
and it’s not going to be easy. But it is going to be some of the most rewarding and ultimately useful work you’ll ever do.
And if you are still hanging on to your diets and
meal plans and challenges, then this is probably not for you, at least yet.
BUT, if you are ready for something different and to take the long, courageous view, then I gotchu. It’s going to be
an amazing adventure together.
