I get a LOT of questions about all of these—and exactly if and how
they might be able to work for certain individuals. I'll be running through all of that.
As you know, I am not a huge fan of strict diets. I think they can make us more neurotic, obsessive and
start to feel more stressful than just eating without rules might be.
BUT, I do believe that we can take insight from all different ways of eating and apply some of the principles to our unique
metabolism, personal preferences, psychology, schedule and more—to CREATE a perfect eating plan that’s 100% individual to us.
In the live training, I’ll be helping you troubleshoot your own
eating.
Lastly, a major question that comes up again and AGAIN is around eating for maintenance versus eating for fat loss (or attainment).
Yes, the approaches are somewhat different, but it’s not what you think.
I’ll be breaking down the difference between fat loss eating, performance eating, maintenance eating, and more, ALL WITH AN EYE TOWARDS BEING NORMAL WITH FOOD.
I’m an anti-obsession coach, and I believe that whenever we change anything with our nutrition, we always need to consider the psychology and lifestyle implications—will this make us more or less obsessive? Ya dig?
