Aaaaah, I have been waiting for this day for the last 3 months, ha!
I am so excited to share with you a brand spankin’ new fitness program I created called
#PhysiqueFinishers: metabolic conditioning workouts for people who want lean results in 20 minutes or less.

The workouts are
short! 10, 15 and 20 minutes in length, and they are both cardio + weights (metabolic conditioning, or metcon). You’ll need access to a set of dumbbells at the very least, and a barbell would also be useful. No fancy gym equipment required.
These workouts are my shortest and most intense to date, and I created this program based on the popularity of the last 4 free fitness challenges I’ve run, the #20x20Challenge in 2015 and 2016 and the more recent #MetconMonster challenge last year and early this year.
Over 20,000 people have participated in those challenges, which tells me a) you guys like these kinds of workouts—getting your booty kicked in 20 minutes or less, and b) you want to be more consistent with your training.
And in my experience, we have the BEST chance of sticking to a fitness program when the workouts work with our schedule AND we get to experience amazing physique results in less time.
Intensity drives results.
Not doing more and more exercise. Not zoning out on the elliptical for hours. Not boring, long workouts that you dread
(who could ever keep doing that year after year and still live their life??).

When I used to personal train clients 1:1 in-person, I charged $50 for 30 minutes.
This program provides 18 WEEKS of training for you (if you do the Strong + Lean track, and then the Lean-Only track) for LESS of an investment than one single personal training session would be.
