Here’s the deal …
Exercising for hours is not only unnecessary for body change, but it actually might be doing you a disservice by increasing hunger and cravings over time.
Ugh!
Buuuuut, chances are if you’re here, you’re strapped for time, you want to be consistent with your training without dreading your routine, and you want to feel strong, fit and confident. And you want your clothes to zip right up without stress.
Me too. And years ago, I moved from hours and hours of cardio to adopting a short, but intense workout routine that centered weight training.
As a result, the *quality* of my physique changed a lot (I’ll be sharing my progress pics with you later this week😳)—less puffy, less hunger and cravings, and more definition and cuts.
And most importantly, I opened my schedule to have more time to do other stuff, now that I wasn’t making exercise a full-time job😂
So ... enclosed in a quickie workout for you.
You’ll need a set of moderate-weight dumbbells. I used 25-lbers, but you can start with even 8-10 lbs if you’re just getting started.
Complete the workout and record your time. And then try it again next week and try to beat your time. Cool?
It took me 15 minutes and 10 seconds total, just as reference. I’d give yourself a 25-min time cap though.

All workouts are 20 mins or less, and require a set of dumbbells or even just body weight. You can do them at home.
