Each TTE workout is fully personally trained by me—literally right in your ear, as you’ll see—and are both downloadable for your mobile device, and have accompanying audio and PDFs for each workout.
There are dedicated gym workouts (require barbell access), and dedicated home workouts, which require a set of dumbbells.
Each month, I provide programming calendars for you, so you know exactly which workout to do on which day. And the programming rotates, so some months you’ll be doing more volume and others you’ll be doing less.
