If you read the JillFit blogs, you know how much I value sustainability in fat loss plans. I am passionate about helping women find what works for them in the long run, NOT following yet another crash diet. I did many, many of those...ugh. Moving on!
 
BUT, sometimes it can be hard because many of us want to see results quickly. Of course we do!
 
So, I thought a lot about this--how do we balance the patience needed for the long run with the type of instant gratification that helps us stay motivated to KEEP GOING??
