tell me your story!

Hey ,
 
I hope you are off and running (not literally!) with your Booty Workouts--2 weeks in! Remember, the best way to build a high, tight derriere is with weights, not cardio (just a quick FYI :))
 
BUT! I am reaching out because I am currently writing my first BOOK, and it's all about the transformational power of weight training for women.
 
This is where you come in! I want your insight and feedback. So, if you would, please respond to this email and answer these TWO questions for me:
 
1) When you say you want to be fit, lean and in shape, what does that really mean to you? In other words, what's your "why?" 
 
2) If you've gone through a physical transformation of some kind, how has that affected your mental-emotional space? (i.e. did it give you more confidence, make you feel more empowered in other areas, etc)? Everything and anything here would be welcome! Tell me YOUR story of transformation!
 
That's it! If it works out, I will be following up with some of you to include your story/experience in my book, so please feel free to include anything you want to share with me :)
