Hey !
 
It's been 4 WEEKS since the "One Thing" Challenge!
 
Four weeks ago, I asked you to respond to me with the one, SINGLE healthy change you were going to spend the next 4 weeks mastering. I got many, many, many responses! It was awesome, and I loved them all.
 
I also asked you to get suuuuper-specific, because giving up a bad habit is always easier when we have a replacement AND plan in place. 
 
I want to know how you did! Even if you weren't perfect. ESPECIALLY if you we're perfect. Perfect is the enemy of practice. Inherent in the meaning of the word "practice" is that we get to mess up. That's an important part of the learning process.
 
So respond back with your check in. How did you do, how compliant were you? How successful? Are you going to continue? How can you improve moving forward?
