13 things to stop doing to yourself :)

Hey there ,

Recently, I've been thinking a lot about the concept of "should." We say that word all the time, without thinking about it, and often, it can feel like life is a never-ending list of things that we should be doing, things we should be having and things we should be being.
 
In other words, we can find ourselves feeling as though we are never doing, having or being enough. And that's never a fun mental space to be in. 
 
So, is there a way to break the "shoulds" in our life, and still get results and feel happy? 
 
I think there is :)
