The idea of "mindset" is not sexy. We don't like it. We want the meal plans, the recipes and the kickass workouts. I get it. 
 
But here's the thing.
 
Often, when we get a brand spankin' new "meal plan," we're excited. But something happens after a few days or a few weeks. It starts getting hard. And we start falling off. And we simply can't stay on it. And though those things might make us feel weak or not disciplined, the bottom line is that HABITS take time to build. And the idea that we can successfully implement a new diet and workout regimen over a matter of days or weeks is absurd. No one can. Remember, willpower is finite.
 
So ... is it all bad? Are we just screwed???
 
Absolutely not. The bridge between what you need to do to get lean and your ABILITY to actually do those things is ... you guessed it ... your mindset.
