PUMPKIN EVERYTHING (new recipe!)

Hello !

Ok, ok, now that it's October, I can "officially" unleash the obsession with pumpkin. You know what I'm talking about. It's in the air ... we friggin' looooove pumpkin, don't we?? I mean, just this past week I was in Boston for two days visiting my parents and watched my mom consume a pumpkin spice latte, a pumpkin scone, pumpkin-flavored coffee and a few bites of a pumpkin cheesecake (sorry to rat you out, Mom!) :)
 
Like I said: PUMPKIN EVERYTHING.
 
And so I thought I'd pass on one of my absolute fav fat-loss friendly recipes for the Fall: Healthy Pumpkin Muffins. The recipe is attached to this email for you and includes the nutrition info too. Great breakfast option for the whole fam, suuuuper-yummy.
