ugh.

Hi ,

Okay, time to 'fess up.

I drank about a bottle of wine yesterday and a few bites of a dessert. How'd you do? Did you practice tasting everything and not devouring anything?

Or, did you have a planned cheat, sans guilt, and you are getting back on the wagon today?

The thing that gets us in the most trouble is when we cheat like heck, and then beat ourselves up about it. No thanks. If you go balls-out, own it. And then look forward, instead of beating yourself up for something you cannot change at this point. Mentally chastising yourself for being "weak" and "undisciplined" only makes us feel less motivated, not more. Remember, yesterday ended last night :)

And also remember, something we say at Metabolic Effect: "You are always one meal away from being back in fat-burning mode." This is good news, yes?!

Today, choose to have a yummy, clean breakfast, and then kill a #BAS for lunch. Then it's onto lean protein and veggies tonight. Drink dat water and fit in a short, intense weight workout, and you'll be back on track no problem.

Want some help with that?
