Real quick. Wanted to send you a copy of the webinar replay from last week: 5 Insights for Success in Mindset, Physique and Business in 2014. We had close to 500 people on the free trainings last week, and in case you missed all the great info, I wanted to make sure you got it.

Brief Overview of the 5 Insights:
  1. Automate Your Physique - Your mental space is finite. Thus, it's important to find a way to eat and exercise that's fairly effortless, so you can open up mental energy for other pursuits like quality family time, building relationships, being creative and expanding your own professional endeavors.
  2.  Take 100% Responsibility - For everything. Your actions, circumstances and even other people's actions and words! Why? Because the alternative is waiting for other people to change or be different. Gonna be waiting a looooong time :) Instead, when you take responsibility for all outcomes, you can move forward and do for you.
  3. Take Action - Do something. Do anything. The time will never be "just right" to do that thing you've wanted to do but have been too scared or too self-doubting. Action leads to ... mess-ups! Ha! And that's is a good thing! Because without the failures, you can't experience the successes. Build your resilience.
  4. Abundance vs. Lack Mindset - When we operate in a lack mindset ("I'm no good" or "Why me?") we stay small, scared and stressed. Practicing an abundance mindset says,Yes, I realize this is scary, but I trust myself to handle it anyway. An abundance mindset leads to more. More success, more experiences, more happiness, more personal fulfillment, more money and way less stress.
  5. Manage Your Energy - Your energy, not your time, is your most valuable asset. When you practice Rest-Based Living (alternating highly-focused productive times with recharging down-times), your outcomes go through the roof. Get strategic with how to spend your energy, value your time and protect it, and establish protocols and boundaries to be more effective.
That's it for the Cliff's Notes! Listen to the whole training when you get a chance, and let me know what you think!
