Hi ,

Dropping in to wish you a Happy New Year, and give you a few things for being so awesome, and because I know you are ready to kill it in 2014.
 
1) I've uploaded 3 CARDIO AUDIO WORKOUTS for you right here. They are interval-style, one for the stepmill, one for the treadmill and one for the recumbent bike. I guide you through each one, telling you when and how to adjust as you move through the workout.  Once you download the files, drag them into your iTunes library and then add them to your iPod. Enjoy! 
 
2) I am holding a brand NEW FREE WEBINAR on crash dieting this Thursday, Jan 2nd to help you get your 2014 started off right: "5 Tools to Stop Crash Dieting and Get Lean for Life." 
 
During the webinar, I'll be explaining the tools I've used with hundreds of women to help them find a #Lifestyle approach to nutrition and exercise, and finally yank themselves out of the deprive-then-binge cycle. And also what's worked for me.
