10 killer treadmill workouts

Hope you're having a fabu 2014 so far!
 
This month is craaaaaa-zay! Between the 4 Week Fat Loss Jump Start, my Best of You Coaching Club starting up next week and womens-only Radiance Retreat in Santa Monica next weekend, January is off and running.
 
Literally!
 
So, I thought I would send you some of my fav cardio HIIT workouts. Because we know that it's intensity, NOT DURATION, that drives results. So instead of always trying to do MORE cardio minutes, burn MORE calories, run MORE miles, I want you to start thinking about the quality of your workouts. Shorter, more intense workouts earn you the biggest bang for your cardio buck. 
 
So.
 
I've attached 2 intense cardio interval workouts to this email for you--my favorites for the Stepmill (aka StepMonster) and the elliptical trainer (if you need a lower impact option).
