two new exercise solutions for you (workout attached)

Hi ,

I hope your holiday season is moving along with low stress and with plenty of moderate choices! I’m sure it is – so many have written in to tell me that you are doing things differently this year (and it’s easy!) and not gaining the usual 5-7 lbs the eating season seems to bring.

Like this one from my girl Gina:
As much as I loved this so much, I had to LOL because sometimes these wins can seem small or silly or kind of weird – like, “of course I should still like myself after eating a cookie!” but you know what? Sometimes we don’t!! And it’s okay to celebrate those wins. I am right there with you. These things matter. So appreciate all the seemingly small things that are getting better for you.

Besides, big wins are just an accumulation of small ones.

Today, I have two things for you.
  1. I want to give you a quick prezzie. It’s a 20-min at-home workout quickie that you can do anywhere with zero equipment, super simple. It’s attached to this email for you. Give it a go and let me know how you do.
  2. I have three separate 4-week training programs (lean legs, tight core and toned upper body) that have been on my site for quite a while, and I am retiring them in 3 days. They are normally each $25, but I’m putting them all in a bundle for $22 TOTAL. That’s 70% off, and the deal is good through this Tuesday Dec 23rd. Grab 'em here.
I want to tell you why I am taking these programs off my site.

These training programs are hardcore.

They were programmed back when I was doing more exercise and really “building a body.” They are actually geared toward those who want to compete or want to know what it’s like to train to compete. They were put together for advanced exercisers and gym rats.

I love these programs so much, and they are super effective, buuuuuut long workouts are simply not my jam anymore. As you know, my #1 goal is to reduce the amount of mental energy and physical time I spend on nutrition and exercise. I want to find the least effective dose in order to maintain.

And these workouts are for attainment, not maintenance.

So, if you are ready to roll in the new year and want a new challenge, these are an absolute perfect place to begin. And since they are going away, I wanted to give anyone who wants them a last opportunity to snag them.

Here's what you need to know about these 4-week programs:
  • You can do them each separately, to create a 12-week program for yourself, or you can mix and match them to create a program you like and that addresses your specific needs.
  • They require a gym membership
  • There are no photos or videos included for the movements – but they can obviously be google’d easily
  • There is no support or coaching on these programs – they are 100% DIY
  • They are intense! They require more time and an elevated level of commitment to your physique. Not my thing right this second, but I know for many of you, it is, so go get it!
  • Upon purchase, you will get an email asking you to confirm your purchase and once you do, the programs will come immediately via email (check your spam or junk folder too!).
Remember, the programs go away this Tuesday for good! Let me know if you have any questions.

Happy holidays and know that I am loving you!

Jill
